The location of this apartment was absolutely fantastic. Being within walking distance of the popular Rossio and Dona Maria II National Theatre, it made exploring the city a breeze. I felt like I was in the heart of Lisbon's vibrant energy, surrounded by all the excitement and charm the city has to offer.

our weekend stay in barrio alto was even better than expected. the apartment at portas do bairro was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a beautiful view. it was the perfect location with many restaurants and bars nearby. we loved sitting by the open windows and listening to fado singers from the bar below. highly recommend!

Noisy due to busy bars on weekends.

We stayed at Portas Do Bairro for a week with our family of four and absolutely loved it. The spaciousness of the apartment was perfect for us, and we found the kitchen to be clean and well-stocked. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to transportation and plenty of open food places and quirky bars in the Bairro Alto neighborhood. The vibrant atmosphere and Fado music added to the charm. The amenities, including a washer, hot water heater, and microwave, made our stay even more convenient. The attentive and efficient team made us feel welcome and address any concerns. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a lively New Year's celebration. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that stayed open late, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The building itself was easy to enter with the code provided and the presence of an elevator made it convenient to carry luggage. the apartment had a washing machine which was a great advantage.

The noise from the street parties at night was very disruptive. The glass windows did little to muffle the noise, especially during the summer tourist season, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
